Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
Overview
TaxAutomationSuite offers a one-time payment and subscription model for TaxIntake Pro and related products. Because our software is delivered instantly upon purchase and provides immediate access to all features, we maintain a limited refund policy as described below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- •Your purchase must be within 30 days of the request date.
- •You must contact us at support@taxautomationsuite.com with your order details.
- •We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
After 30 Days
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not offer refunds after 30 days, but we will consider requests in the following circumstances:
- •Significant technical issues that prevented you from using the product and were not resolved by our support team.
- •Duplicate charges or billing errors.
- •Extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- •Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (outside case-by-case review).
- •Dissatisfaction due to lack of a GoHighLevel account — a GHL account is clearly required and disclosed before purchase.
- •Change of mind after the 30-day window.
- •Partial use of the product.
- •Failure to set up or configure the product — we offer free setup assistance, so please contact us first.
